Building on the vehicle-mounted design of the original TM840-GW, this gateway is easy to install and operate. It features a sharp 1.8-inch color display and four customizable, programmable keys for enhanced user convenience.

The TM840-GWP seamlessly adapts to various network environments, offering 3G / 4G, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet RJ 45 connectivity (supporting static and dynamic IP).

It provides four selectable working modes via programmable keys:
☑ DMR only: Press PTT to call DMR II or DMR III terminal radios
☑ PTToC only: Press PTT to call Kirisun PTToC terminal radios
☑ Dual mode: Press PTT to call DMR terminals and PTToC terminals simultaneously.
☑ Gateway mode: Bridge PTToC to DMR II or DMR III

In gateway mode, the TM840-GWP not only facilitates converged voice communication between DMR and PTToC but also supports reporting location data, recordings, messages, and SOS alarms from Kirisun DMR terminals to Kirisun's PTToC platform. This enables unified management and dispatch, significantly improving efficiency and emergency response capabilities.
