🚨 Acting DOTr Sec. Lopez Orders Lifetime License Revocation for Driver Who Deliberately Hit Student Rider in Rizal

📹 In the viral video, the driver can be seen chasing and intentionally hitting the student rider after allegedly being sideswiped.

Sec. Lopez immediately instructed the Land Transportation Office (LTO) to locate the driver and permanently revoke his license.

“That driver has no right to be on the road. Even if it’s true that his vehicle was sideswiped, does that justify chasing and ramming a student? No explanation can excuse such behavior,” Lopez said.

The DOTr is also reaching out to the student’s family and has offered legal assistance in filing charges.

⚖️ At the same time, the DOTr said the student rider - who allegedly has no license - and the registered owner of the motorcycle are also being summoned by the LTO to explain.
