🩸🏢Blood work from the comfort of our condo home? Yes please! I just found out from my HMO provider, Medicard, that they offer home service blood extraction , no need to go all the way to St. Luke’s BGC and line up (where I usually end up over-fasting 😅).

They scheduled a phlebotomist from their Uptown clinic to come straight to our unit — I just informed our condo lobby. Super convenient and hassle-free!

Thank you, Medicard! 💉✨

Just got back from an unexpected ER trip with my 2-year-old Olivia 😅 All because of… an ant bite! 🐜 Her little hand swelled up and started to blister so fast, I had to file for emergency leave and rush her to SLMC BGC (thankfully just a block away!).

So insect bites aren’t so simple for her. She’s now on antibiotics, antihistamines, paracetamol, and a bunch of ointments and meds.

Grabe talaga, minsan maliit lang na bagay pero biglang emergency! 😭 Moms, always trust your gut.

Olivia’s doing better now, hopefully no more ants for a while please! 🙏😂

Started May with a morning run.

Sweat, sun, and strong steps to celebrate hard work. Happy Labor Day sa ating lahat! To all hustlers, dreamers, and workers this day is for us.

‼️Summer spring roll‼️

Ingredients:
-🥒Cucumber cut into sticks
-🥕Carrots julienned
-🥭Ripe Mango sliced into strips
-🦀imitation crabsticks
-🥬Lettuce
-Rice paper sheets

Sauce:
-1 tbps peanut butter
-1tbps soysauce
-honey/1tsp sugar
-1 tbps rice vinegar
-tbps sesame oil
-1 clove garlic pressed

Instructions:
1. Deep lang ang rice paper for 20 secs. Then ilatag na yung mga laman mga laman based sa pagkasunod-sunod, lettuce, carrots, cucumber, crabsticks and mango.

2. Fold lang na pang envelope style at pwedeng hiwain into two. Set aside after..wag ipag patong-patong kasi dumidikit.

3. For the sauce pag haluin lang ang mga ingredients then i-adjust depende sa panlasa.

Super easy lang!

Diretso S&R after work because never stop! We had to restock on the basics—bread, eggs and cereals ng mga kids… and of course, our freshly ground coffee.

Ever since my gallbladder removal, I’ve stayed away from instant.Mas gentle sa tummy and mas sulit din ang aroma ng brewed in the morning.

After errands, we grabbed dinner and tried their creamy spinach and mushroom bakeroll and infairness masarap!

It was a long, tiring day, pero fulfilled.
Kahit pagod, iba pa rin ‘yung pakiramdam ng may napagsilbihan na pamilya at sarili.

Minsan talaga, kailangan mong magsakripisyo para sa goals mo (at para sa PowerPoint na may 32 slides).Biro lang baka maniwala kayo sa 32 slides.😂
