Preorder update. Two items affected. Please read carefully if you preordered either. ✨
Our supplier has finalized allocations for two of our July preorders. The results were significantly lower than expected. Here's what's happening.
✅ FIRST PARTNER ILLUSTRATION COLLECTION SERIES 3
Allocation: 0.95%
For practical purposes, this preorder cannot be fulfilled. Almost no buyer will receive their allocation at this rate. Rather than attempt token distribution that would leave nearly everyone without product, we're issuing full refunds to all buyers.
If you preordered Series 3, your DP will be refunded in full.
✅ Q3 2-PACK BLISTER (SINGLE WIDE)
Allocation: 47.5%
Only a limited number of units were preordered, and at this allocation, we're unable to fulfill the orders fairly. Full refunds are being issued to all buyers.
If you preordered Q3 2-Pack Blister (Single Wide), your DP will be refunded in full.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please expect some delays as we coordinate with previous orders and current backlogs.
Individual notifications have already gone out to affected buyers. If you haven't received one and believe you should have, message us directly.
‼️ ON THE PATTERN
This is the second supplier-side allocation issue we've had to communicate this month. We know that's frustrating for buyers who've placed trust in us.
Here's the honest reality: allocation is upstream of us. When a supplier commits to a preorder list and then delivers fractional allocation, the platform can either quietly rebalance without buyer input (which we won't do) or communicate transparently and refund fairly (which we will always do).
We'd rather over-communicate on bad news than pretend it isn't happening. That's the trade we made when we built Packsilogan.
We appreciate every buyer who trusted us on these preorders. Refund processing is our top priority right now.
