MABINI, Davao de Oro โ Police personnel of the Mabini Municipal Police Station, in coordination with the CIDG, PNP Maritime Group, 2nd Davao de Oro Provincial Mobile Force Company, and the 1101st RMFB 11, arrest a most wanted individual at the municipal level during a joint operation in Barangay Pindasan, Mabini. The suspect is wanted for violations of Sections 13 and 14 of Republic Act No. 9165, with charges filed under Criminal Case Nos. 1961-20225 and 1962-2025. The warrant is issued by Judge Celestial V. Aranda-Gonzales of RTC Branch 57, with no bail recommended for one charge and โฑ40,000 bail set for the other.
The suspect is currently under police custody for proper legal disposition. Authorities credit the success of the operation to the strong coordination among involved units and reaffirm their dedication to keeping communities safe from the influence of illegal drugs.
