ALPHA DELTA / ALPHA OMEGA UNIV OF BOHOL.
Original History of Alpha Kappa Rho – Alpha Delta Chapter
Tagbilaran City, Bohol
The Alpha Delta Chapter of Alpha Kappa Rho in Tagbilaran City, Bohol was formally organized on February 25, 1996 (Sunday), at 8:00 PM, at Plaza Rizal.
The chapter was founded through the initiative of two students from PMI Colleges Bohol: Junary Varquez of the Surigao Chapter and Wendell Caballes of the Alpha Zeta Chapter of Southwestern University. Through their leadership and dedication, the Alpha Delta Chapter became the mother chapter of Alpha Kappa Rho in Tagbilaran City, Bohol.
The establishment of the chapter was made possible with the cooperation and support of AKRHO brothers and sisters in Bohol, particularly the pioneering members:
1. Brod. Tata Gomez
2. Brod. Mighty Castro
3. Brod. Frederick Castro
4. Brod. Jonathan “Atan”
5. Brod. Jonathan “Pring” Brina
6. Brod. Ronnie Tagalog

9. Brod. Ramon Carillo
10. Brod. Ramon Pungay
11. Brod. Arthur Inte
12. Brod. Lord Rene Cuadra

On the same historic day, the first set of officers of the Alpha Delta Chapter was elected. Jonathan “Pring” Brina was chosen as the first Grand Skeptron, while Junevel Caduyac became the first Master Initiator (Alpha).
A few years later, the mother chapter was transferred to the University of Bohol, and the chapter name was changed from Alpha Delta Chapter to Alpha Omega Chapter, which continues its legacy to this day.
Guided by the principles of brotherhood and sisterhood, the members remain committed to keeping the burning fire of Alpha Kappa Rho alive.
Long Live AKRHO.
