The MSU Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography proudly welcomes 𝐃𝐫. 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐄. 𝐀𝐥𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐢, 𝐄𝐝𝐃 as one of our external evaluators for the MSU-TCTO Research and Extension Week 2025.

A native of Mapun, Tawi-Tawi, Dr. Albani earned his BEED (Cum Laude) and MA in Education from MSU–Sulu, and completed his Doctor of Education at Western Mindanao State University. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Curriculum Development at Zamboanga Peninsula Polytechnic State University (ZPPSU).

Dr. Albani is a Faculty Member of the College of Education and currently serves as Research Director of MSU–Sulu. A proud scholar of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao and the Sulu Archipelago, he exemplifies leadership in research, education, and service.

We are honored by his presence and valuable contribution to strengthening MSU-TCTO’s research and extension programs. 🙏🇵🇭❤️👌🌴🚀
