Heads up, student journalists!

Mark your calendars because the 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹-𝗪𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗦𝗪𝗣𝗖) is happening on 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 (𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆), from 𝟴:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 𝘁𝗼 𝟰:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠 at the 𝗙𝗔𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘆. This year, we aim to prove that our voices can spark change through our theme, “Ink & Impact: Student Journalism for the World in Need.”

Here are a few reminders:
a. 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 – DSLR/SLR cameras are encouraged, but you may also use your mobile phones with pro settings.
b. 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗟𝗮𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 – Bring your own laptop with Adobe Photoshop installed.
c. 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 – For audition purposes, we will be using traditional art. Please bring your pen and pencil, and we will provide the other materials.
d. 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 – Just bring a pen; we will provide the rest of the materials.

Additionally, please remember to check and acknowledge our email once you receive it to confirm your attendance. We will also attach the excuse letter, which you must present to your respective professors/instructors, to avoid conflicts with your class schedule.
