There comes a point where love is no longer the question, it's self-respect.

Minsan, hindi mo kailangan ng mga taong sasabihing, "Go lang, basta masaya ka." Minsan, ang kailangan mo ay isang taong may lakas ng loob na sabihing, "Enough. You're losing yourself."

Hindi lahat ng kumokontra sa'yo ay kalaban. Minsan, sila pa ang totoong nagmamalasakit. Kasi ang mga taong tunay na nagmamahal sa'yo won't celebrate your suffering just because you call it "love."

Love should never cost you your peace.
It should never make you question your worth.
At lalong hindi dapat ikaw ang laging nagbe-beg for the bare minimum.

Walking away doesn't always mean you stopped loving them.
Sometimes, it simply means you finally chose yourself.

Some people think healing means giving everyone another chance.

But here's the truth...

Not everyone deserves a second access to your life.

Hindi lahat ng humihingi ng "Let's be friends again" ay may mabuting intensyon.

May mga taong iniwan ka noong kailangan mo sila.
Pinag-usapan ka habang nakatalikod ka.
Tinawanan ang mga pangarap mo.
At bumalik lang nang makita nilang okay ka na.

Kung nag-work out na tayo para sa ating skin goals at glass skin journey, hindi pwedeng maiwan ang ating crowning glory! 💆🏽‍♀️✨ Dahil madalas tayong on-the-go at expose sa alikabok at init ng araw, ang ating buhok naman ang nangangailangan ng matinding alaga para manatiling fresh, bouncy, at healthy.

Narito ang isang simple pero epektibong hair care routine na pwede mong simulan para mag-bloom din ang iyong buhok mula roots hanggang tips!

**My Holy Grail Hair Care Routine Steps:**

🧼 **Step 1: Scalp Care is Skin Care** – Huwag lang basta mag-shampoo. I-massage nang mabuti ang scalp gamit ang iyong fingertips para matanggal ang build-up ng oil at dumi. Kung oily ang iyong scalp, gumamit ng isang clarifying o gentle sulfate-free shampoo 2-3 beses sa isang linggo.

🧴 **Step 2: Conditioner, But Only on the Tips** – Huwag na huwag maglalagay ng conditioner sa anit (scalp) kung madaling mamantika ang buhok mo! Ilagay lang ito mula sa gitna hanggang sa mga dulo (ends) ng buhok para iwas lagkit at malungkot na bagsak ng hair.

💧 **Step 3: The Deep Treatment (1-2x a week)** – Palitan ang iyong conditioner ng isang nourishing hair mask o hair spa treatment minsan o dalawang beses sa isang linggo. Iwanan ito ng 5-10 minuto habang naliligo para sa extra lambot at kinang.

🍃 **Step 4: Protect & Shine** – Pagkatapos maligo, dahan-dahang patuyuin ang buhok gamit ang microfiber towel (bawal ang marahas na pagkuskos!). Habang medyo damp pa, maglagay ng kaunting hair serum o argan oil sa dulo ng buhok para iwas split ends at frizz kapag natuyo.

Minsan, ang pinakamagandang parte ng araw ay ‘yung sandali pagkatapos ng mahabang trabaho, kapag nakapaghugas ka na ng mukha, tahimik ang paligid, at may oras ka para sa sarili mo. 💆🏽‍♀️✨

Dahil marami ang nagtatanong sa akin tungkol sa pag-achieve ng healthy, glass skin (lalo na para sa ating mga oily skin at galing sa acne journey!), narito ang aking simple pero subok na gabi-gabing ritwal.

My Holy Grail Night Routine Steps:
✨ Step 1: Double Cleanse – Unang hakbang ang Cleansing Oil para matunaw ang sunscreen at dumi, bago sundan ng isang gentle low-pH facial wash. Sobrang important nito para hindi bumalik ang breakouts!

✨ Step 2: Deep Pore Care (2-3x a week) – My favorite part! Gagamit ng Clay Stick para higupin ang excess oil at linisin ang pores. Pro-tip: Huwag na huwag itong isasabay sa Retinol sa iisang gabi para iwas iritasyon!

✨ Step 3: Hydrate & Brighten – Isang patak ng Niacinamide o TXA Dark Spot serum para sa mga marks at para mag-glow ang balat.

✨ Step 4: Lock it in – Isang magaan na gel moisturizer para healthy at plump ang skin paggising bukas.
