Try niyo rin Lutong Ulam Beef Ampalaya (Ampalaya con Carne) 🥩🥬

Simple, comforting, and full of flavor! ❤️

✨Ingredients:*✨
• Beef, thinly sliced
• Ampalaya (bitter melon), sliced
• Garlic & onions
• Kikkoman Soy Sauce
• Ground black pepper
• Cornstarch slurry (cornstarch + water)
• Cooking oil
• Fresh white onions for garnish

📌Quick Recipe:

1. Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
2. Add the beef and cook until browned.
3. Season with Kikkoman Soy Sauce and ground black pepper.
4. Pour in a little water, then stir in the cornstarch slurry until the sauce thickens.
5. Add the ampalaya and cook for 2–3 minutes, keeping it slightly crisp.
6. Garnish with fresh white onion slices before serving.

Best enjoyed with a bowl of hot steamed rice! 🍚😋
