One is something you feel on your clothes, the other is something you do with your eyes.

β€Ž1. Participants Open to all year levels and college departments: Grade 7-12, Computer Studies, Education, RSBA Each group or department may submit one (1) entry.

β€Žβ€’Trees must reflect the Winter Wonderland theme (icy, elegant, snowy, magical).

β€Žβ€’Recycled or repurposed materials must make up at least 70% of the tree.

β€’ Tree dimensions: Minimum height: 4 feet | Maximum height: 7 feet Trees must be freestanding, safe, and suitable for display Use of lights is encouraged, provided they are safe and battery-operated if necessary.

Here are the official Guidelines & Criteria for Judging for the Christmas Caroling Contest on December 19, 2025:

πŸ“Œ Guidelines:
β€’ All grade levels and departments must have one representative group (Grades 7–12, Computer Studies, Education, and BSBA).

β€’ Each group must consist of 10–15 members and represent their grade level or department.

β€’ Groups may perform any Christmas-themed songs (traditional, modern, contemporary, or remixed).

β€’ Total performance time is 5–7 minutes, including entrance and exit.

β€’ Live vocals only β€” no lip-syncing allowed.

β€’ Performances must reflect the essence of Christmas: joy, worship, unity, and celebration.

β€’ Costumes, props, and choreography are allowed but must be safe, appropriate, and non-destructive.

β€’ A 3-minute grace period is given when called; failure to appear may result in disqualification.

β€’ Fireworks, sharp objects, and dangerous stage elements are strictly prohibited.

β€’ Respectful behavior is expected from all participants.

β€’ Judges’ decisions are final and irrevocable.
