‼️Crispy Lechon Kawali Recipe‼️
💥Ingredients:

• 1 kg pork belly
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 tablespoon peppercorns
• 3-4 bay leaves
• 4-5 cups water (for boiling)
• Oil (for frying)
• 3-4 cloves garlic (optional)
• Vinegar dip (optional: soy sauce, onions, chili, etc.)

💥Procedure:

1. Boil the pork belly:

• In a large pot, place the pork belly, salt, peppercorns, bay leaves, and garlic.
• Add enough water to cover the pork.
• Bring to a boil, then lower the heat to simmer for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the pork becomes tender.
• Remove the pork from the water and let it cool. You can also refrigerate it for an hour or overnight for a crispier result.

2. Prepare the pork for frying:

• Once the pork is cooled and dried, pierce the skin of the pork belly with a fork or knife.
• Rub some salt over the pork for added flavor.

3. Deep-fry the pork belly:

• Heat oil in a deep pan or wok, ensuring there is enough oil to fully submerge the pork.
• Fry the pork belly on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, or until the skin becomes crispy and golden brown.
• Remove the pork and let it rest on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
• Once cooled, you can cut it into smaller pieces for serving.

4. Serve:

• Serve with a vinegar dip or any sauce you prefer.

‼️Ginataan Binignit or Bilo-Bilo Recipe‼️

💥Ingredients:

1/4 cup small sago
2 1/2 cups water, divided
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup glutinous rice flour
1/2 teaspoon ube flavoring
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2 small sweet potatoes (kamote), peeled, sliced into half moons
2 saba bananas, peeled, sliced
1 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup sweetened jackfruit (langka), preserved

💥How to Make Ginataan

1. In a small pot over medium heat, add sago and 2 cups water. Bring to a boil then simmer, stirring regularly to avoid scorching sago. Once tender, set aside.

2. Meanwhile, make bilobilo: In a medium bowl, dissolve sugar in remaining water. Add rice flour and form mixture into a dough. Divide mixture between two bowls. Color and flavor one bowl with ube flavoring, leaving the other plain. Gently knead colored dough until color is uniform. Set aside.

3. In a medium pot over medium heat, mix water and sugar. Add camote and saba. Bring to a boil then lower heat to a simmer. Roll small pieces of bilo-bilo dough, and drop in the simmering liquid. Repeat process with remaining dough.

4. Pour in coconut cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Strain sago from cooking liquid, and add to the pot. Stir in jackfruit. Cook until heated through. Serve warm.

‼️Garlic Butter Stir-Fried Vegetables‼️
💥Ingredients:
3 tbs unsalted butter
5 cloves minced garlic
2 sm carrots,sliced diagonally
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup sliced mushrooms (canned Champignons)
15 pcs baby corn,sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp seasoning
1/2 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil,optional for extra flavor

💥Instructions:
Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch broccoli for 1-2 minutes.Set aside.
Next, the baby corn and carrots, blanch for 3- minutes and set aside.

In a wok,melt the butter,saute garlic until sof and fragrant.
Toss in carrots and cook for 2 minutes.
Add baby corn and mushrooms,cook for another 2 minutes.
Season with salt,pepper,sugar, seasoning and soy sauce to taste.

Add the broccoli, drizzle with a tsp of sesame oil.
Stir-fry everything for 2 minutes more or until heated through.
Serve with fried ,grilled or baked fish or meat. Enjoy!
