Ingredients:
1 block tokwa (fried until crispy)
1 cup pomelo
1 cucumber (sliced thin)
lettuce or cabbage
1 small red onion
sesame seeds
Dressing:
2 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp calamansi juice
1 tsp honey
pinch of pepper
konting chili flakes
Procedure:
1️⃣ Fry tokwa until golden and crispy.
2️⃣ Slice cucumber, onion, and lettuce.
3️⃣ Mix dressing ingredients in a bowl.
4️⃣ Combine veggies and pomelo.
5️⃣ Add crispy tokwa on top then drizzle dressing.
6️⃣ Sprinkle sesame seeds and chili flakes.
