Ingredients:
1 block tokwa (fried until crispy)
1 cup pomelo
1 cucumber (sliced thin)
lettuce or cabbage
1 small red onion
sesame seeds
Dressing:
2 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp calamansi juice
1 tsp honey
pinch of pepper
konting chili flakes

Procedure:
1️⃣ Fry tokwa until golden and crispy.
2️⃣ Slice cucumber, onion, and lettuce.
3️⃣ Mix dressing ingredients in a bowl.
4️⃣ Combine veggies and pomelo.
5️⃣ Add crispy tokwa on top then drizzle dressing.
6️⃣ Sprinkle sesame seeds and chili flakes.

🥭 Mango Bagoong Peanut Salad
Unique Filipino Salad Recipe 🇵🇭✨
Crunchy, sweet, spicy, and savory in one bowl! Perfect pang-merienda, pang-ulam, o pang-handaan

Ingredients:
2 green mangoes (julienned)
1 cucumber (thinly sliced)
1 small red onion (sliced)
2 tbsp bagoong alamang
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp calamansi juice
2 tbsp crushed peanuts
Crispy dilis or chicharon (optional)
Chili flakes or siling labuyo (optional)

Procedure:
1️⃣ In a bowl, combine bagoong alamang, brown sugar, and calamansi juice.
2️⃣ Add green mango, cucumber, and red onion.
3️⃣ Toss everything together until well coated.
4️⃣ Top with crushed peanuts and crispy dilis or chicharon. Add chili if you want extra spice 🌶️
✨ Best served chilled!

🥒 3-MINUTE KOREAN CUCUMBER KIMCHI SALAD 🌶️✨
Spicy. Refreshing. Addicting. 🤤

Kapag sawa ka na sa usual na ulam, ito na ang sign mo para gumawa nitong Korean cucumber salad 😍
Crunchy, maanghang, at sobrang sarap lalo na kapag malamig!

Perfect pang-side dish, pang-samgyup vibes, pang-content, o pang midnight snack 🔥

✨ INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cucumbers
• 1 tbsp salt

SAUCE:
• 1 tbsp gochugaru / chili flakes
• 1 tsp gochujang (optional)
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• Sesame seeds

TOPPINGS:
• Chopped green onions
• Shredded seaweed / nori

👩‍🍳 PROCEDURE:
1️⃣ Slice cucumbers into thin rounds. Sprinkle salt and let sit for 5 minutes.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix gochugaru, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and sesame seeds.
3️⃣ Add cucumbers into the sauce then toss until fully coated. Chill for 10 minutes for best flavor.
4️⃣ Top with green onions, sesame seeds, at shredded seaweed. Serve cold and enjoy! 💚

🥗 KANI MANGO CRUNCH SALAD 🥭✨
Sweet. Creamy. Crunchy. Addicting! 🤤

Hindi ito ordinaryong salad… unang subo pa lang, mapapa-“ang sarap!” ka talaga 💛
Perfect pang-merienda, pang-handaan, pang-negosyo, o pang-content dahil sobrang aesthetic at easy gawin!

✨ INGREDIENTS:
• 1 ripe mango (strips)
• 1 cup kani / crab sticks
• 1 cup lettuce or repolyo
• 1 cucumber (julienne)

CREAMY DRESSING:
• 1/2 cup Japanese mayo
• 1–2 tbsp condensed milk
• Black pepper to taste

TOPPINGS:
• Crushed nori
• Garlic crunch / toasted garlic

👩‍🍳 PROCEDURE:
1️⃣ Slice lahat ng ingredients into thin strips.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix Japanese mayo, condensed milk, at black pepper.
3️⃣ Pour dressing over sliced ingredients then toss gently.
4️⃣ Top with crushed nori at garlic crunch. Serve chilled & enjoy! 💚

🍪 DUBAI CHEWY COOKIE
Chewy, gooey, chocolatey cookies with creamy pistachio kataifi filling ✨

🛒 INGREDIENTS

COOKIE DOUGH:
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
½ cup melted butter
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup chocolate chunks/chips

KATAIFI FILLING:
2 cups kataifi (shredded phyllo)
2 tbsp butter
½ cup pistachio spread
¼ cup tahini
2 tbsp condensed milk
¼ cup chopped pistachios

👩‍🍳 PROCEDURE
STEP 1 — Mix Butter & Sugars
In a bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
STEP 2 — Add Egg & Vanilla
Add egg and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
STEP 3 — Add Dry Ingredients
Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold gently using a spatula then add chocolate chunks.
STEP 4 — Make the Kataifi Filling
Melt butter in a pan then toast kataifi until golden and crispy. Add pistachio spread, tahini, condensed milk, and chopped pistachios. Mix well then let cool completely.
STEP 5 — Fill & Shape the Cookies
Scoop cookie dough and flatten slightly. Add kataifi filling in the center then cover with more dough. Seal and roll gently into balls.
STEP 6 — Bake
Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden while the center stays soft. Let cool before serving.
✨ Best served slightly warm for that gooey pistachio center!

Sweet, smoky, juicy… perfect combo with hot rice

🍍🍗 PINEAPPLE CHICKEN SKEWERS ✨

Refreshing, juicy, and slightly smoky with sweet pineapple in every bite 🤤

✨ INGREDIENTS:
500g chicken fillet
Pineapple chunks 🍍
Bell peppers
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
4 cloves garlic (minced)
Black pepper
Butter or oil

✨ PROCEDURE:
1️⃣ Marinate chicken with soy sauce, garlic, honey, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
2️⃣ Assemble chicken, pineapple, and bell peppers on skewers.
3️⃣ Grill or pan-sear until chicken is cooked and slightly charred.
4️⃣ Brush with butter or extra honey glaze while grilling.

🍯🧄 HONEY BUTTER CHICKEN POPPERS
Crispy outside, juicy inside, then coated in rich buttery garlic sauce 🤤

✨ INGREDIENTS:
500g chicken breast/thigh fillet
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika (optional)
1 cup cornstarch or flour
Oil for frying
🧄 GARLIC BUTTER SAUCE:
3 tbsp butter
5 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
✨ PROCEDURE:
1️⃣ Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2️⃣ Coat chicken with cornstarch/flour.
3️⃣ Fry until golden brown and crispy.
4️⃣ In another pan, melt butter then sauté garlic. Add honey and soy sauce.
5️⃣ Toss fried chicken in the garlic butter sauce until fully coated.
6️⃣ Serve hot and enjoy ✨
