It may be a late post but last October 26, I had the opportunity to introduce Base and share its latest updates during the Community Townhall here in Trece Martires, Cavite.

It was a meaningful session surrounded by students eager to learn and with kids in their cute halloween outfits. Grateful to mother Christine and sir Eli for joining us, and to CrypTita Plays for organizing and hosting the event.

Based Build - NU Dasmariñas

We wrapped up a successful session where Web3, Base, and Cryptita Plays were introduced to the NU Dasma community, opening doors for students, builders, and creatives to take their first steps onchain. 💙

The highlight? Over 12 teams came together and showcased 18 innovative projects, proving just how much talent and creativity lives within NU Dasma! From smart contract basics to hands-on coding with OharaAI, to team project building and pitching. The energy was unmatched.

A big congratulations to our Top 3 teams, who not only wowed the judges but also took home cash prizes for their outstanding work! 🏆💸

Special thanks to Junior Blockchain Education Consortium of the Philippines - NU Dasmariñas for collaborating with us to make this event possible.

We’re excited to host Base Build – NU Dasmariñas this September 24 here in Cavite! 🟦

This one-day workshop is designed to empower students, builders, and creatives with the skills and tools to start building on Base — from learning the basics of smart contracts, to hands-on coding with MiniKit, all the way to team project building and pitching.

But it’s more than just learning — it’s about sparking ideas, building connections, and inspiring the next wave of onchain innovators. 💙

Can’t wait to see the energy and creativity of the NU Dasma community in action on September 24!
