On this day, we opened our booth from morning until afternoon, and we are packed with students or customers. We are grateful for your support and love in our cafรฉ and offers. However, problems are unavoidable but we are here to address and fix our lapses.
Regarding the "milky" taste of our milky series, specifically the Matcha and strawberry latte, we come to conclude that it is because of the milk that we used. We changed our matcha powder twice yet the taste is still the same. We used Arla barista milk full cream as our milk base which resulted the drowning of flavors. With that, we changed our milk into fortified milk.
We also stationed our team, separating the ordertaking and payment side, so the flow of the business will be smoother.
With the "False Advertisement" that you may have heard, it is about the strawberry matcha latte that is posted in our booth. We posted a matcha series that we offer since during our survey it ranked one. We wanted to highlight this and made a separate poster that we hang in our booth. We got the template from Canva. I will attach the photo on the comment section. Please understand our side that we only used it to highlight the matcha series that we offer, we do not intend to claim the image and to give you expectations about the product that you will receive. Also, strawberry slices are quite expensive for our price. We hope we both meet in the middle with this matter.
