An education plan could look orderly and neat on paper, with its โcarefullyโ planned schedule and reforms. Inside the classroom, however, it starts to seem like the opposite, as every reform has a human cost.
With every change, students must adjust to new demands, and educators are expected to instantly adapt and turn policies into lessons. However, if the ones carrying out the new educational system are also the ones struggling to keep up with it, then the reform deserves to be questionedโas a new schedule may reorganize the school year, but it cannot, on its own, fix the system.
