Ang landing page hindi lang dapat maganda tingnan.
Dapat nakaka-convince din siya.
Kasi sa totoo lang, design lang hindi sapat para magpa-reserve ng unit.
Kailangan kasama ang tamang salita, tamang strategy, at tamang psychology ng buyer.

Kaya ginawa ko itong self-initiated project bilang sample.
Ang tanong ko: “Ano ba talaga ang makakapagpa-oo sa isang first-time buyer o pamilya na nag-iisip bumili ng bahay?”

✔ Kailangan nilang makita na kaya sa budget.
✔ Kailangan nilang maramdaman na trusted ang developer.
✔ Kailangan nilang malaman na walang hidden fees.
✔ At kailangan nilang makitang safe at wise investment ito.

Kaya bawat section ng page, ginawa ko with purpose:
✨ Headline na may urgency pero hindi nakaka-pressure.
✨ Benefits na diretsong tumutugon sa concerns ng buyer.
✨ Simple at malinaw na pricing section.
✨ Guarantee section na nagbabawas ng takot sa hidden costs o delay.
✨ Testimonials at logos para dagdag tiwala.
✨ At syempre, closing CTA na may emotional image ng masayang pamilya, kasi yun naman ang ultimate dream.

Hindi ito client project, pero pinapakita nito kung paano ko dinadala ang copy at design para tulungan ang mga real estate brands na mag-convert ng leads into buyers.

3️⃣ Emotion – they buy with feelings, not numbers
