Charisse Zapanta Social Media Manager | Chatbot Builder Hi, I’m Charisse 👋
Social Media Strategist & Marketing VA for coaches, consultants, and service-based brands. Not burnout.

After years of managing social media, I realized most business owners aren’t struggling because they lack ideas — they’re struggling because they lack a clear strategy that fits them. That’s what I help you build. Not trend-chasing. Just clear, consistent, strategic content that supports your business and makes sense for your season. Social media should feel:
clear, not chaotic
strategic, not stre

ssful
aligned, not all over the place

This rebrand is about that truth — creating and showing up with purpose. If you’re ready to build an online presence that actually works for you (without the overwhelm),
follow along. Let’s grow together — intentionally.

This might look like a small update — but it’s actually a big win for creators and service providers.

Facebook now lets you schedule posts directly from your Professional Mode profile — on desktop.

No more setting alarms, forgetting to post, or rushing to catch up.

Now you can plan ahead, stay consistent, and finally enjoy a little breathing room.

Here’s what you’ll see when it rolls out:
→ Go to your profile in Professional Mode
→ Click “What’s on your mind?”
→ Add your post
→ Hit “Next” → open Post Settings
→ Toggle Publish Now → Schedule

Simple. Strategic. Sanity-saving.

Consistency is no longer about posting every day — it’s about building systems that make showing up easy.

Let’s be honest — social media can be overwhelming when you’re doing everything yourself.
That’s why I help coaches & consultants simplify it. Here’s what that looks like:
🧠 Strategy → Clear direction for your content and goals
📅 Management → Consistency that builds credibility
⚙️ Systems → Organized, simple, and sustainable
When your socials are aligned with your business goals, you attract better clients — without burning out.

Social media’s always changing — but here’s what hasn’t:
→ Your message deserves to be heard.
→ You shouldn’t have to burn out just to stay consistent.
→ And yes, strategy can feel simple and human.
Hi, I’m Charisse, a Social Media Strategist helping coaches and consultants show up strategically, confidently, and authentically online.
I don’t do “post just to post.”
I help you plan content and systems that match your business goals — so your social media actually works for you.
This season, I’m rebuilding my own brand, too — clearer, calmer, and more intentional.
If you’re on the same journey of growing with purpose… let’s connect 🤍
Follow along as I share real strategies, truths about social media, and a peek into my process of building aligned visibility — one post at a time.

10K followers but no sales? Yeah… that’s a problem. Let me explain."
I used to think that growing my follower count was the key to success. More followers = more clients, right? So I spent hours trying to boost my numbers. I chased trends, posted daily, even joined engagement pods... but nothing changed.
I had followers, but no real connections. No leads. No sales. Just vanity numbers.
Then I noticed something—people with way fewer followers were landing consistent clients. What were they doing differently?
Instead of obsessing over numbers, they focused on:
✅ Creating valuable content that speaks to their audience
✅ Engaging in real conversations (not just waiting for people to comment)
✅ Building relationships that led to trust—and trust led to sales
That’s when it hit me: it’s not about how MANY followers you have, it’s about WHO they are.
I stopped chasing numbers and started focusing on attracting the right people. And guess what? Clients started coming in—not because of a high follower count, but because they trusted me.
You don’t need thousands of followers to get clients. You need an engaged, loyal audience that sees you as the go-to expert.
Forget the follower race. Let’s focus on REAL growth. Drop a 🔥 in the comments if you're ready to shift your strategy!

Three months ago, I hit a wall. Not just creatively—but mentally, emotionally, and physically.
I was running on autopilot—churning out content, engaging, strategizing… but something felt off. My creativity was drained. My work, which once excited me, started feeling robotic. Every notification, every deadline—it all blurred together. And one day, I just sat there, staring at my screen, unable to type a single word.
So, I did something I never thought I’d do—I logged out. No scheduled posts, no engagement plans, no content calendar. Just silence. At first, it was uncomfortable. I kept reaching for my phone, my mind racing with ‘What if I lose momentum? What if my clients move on?’ But little by little, I leaned into the pause. I read books, took long walks, spent more time with my family, and most importantly—I let myself breathe.
But the guilt was real. I felt like I was failing. Like all the work I had built would crumble. I had tied my worth to productivity, and stepping back felt… wrong. But in that stillness, I started seeing things differently. I realized I had been pouring from an empty cup—giving so much to social media, to my clients, that I left nothing for myself.
Now, I’m back—not just to work, but with a whole new mindset. I’ve redefined what success looks like for me. I’ve built systems to work smarter, not harder. And most importantly, I’m showing up with energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for what I do. Because social media isn’t just about showing up—it’s about showing up as your best self. And that starts with taking care of YOU first.
If you've ever felt burned out, trust me, I get it. Have you ever stepped away from social media? How did it feel? Let’s talk in the comments.

This! 🧡

Age 23: Quit my consulting job.
Age 24: Started 5 gyms.
Age 26: Closed down 6th gym. Lost everything.
Age 26: Started relaunching gyms.
Age 26: Lost everything again.
Age 26: In desperation, started licensing model. It worked.
Age 27: Licensing business made $3M profit in 6 months.
Age 28: Licensing business made $17M profit in 12 months.
Age 28: Started a supplement company and did $20M in the first year.
Age 29: Launched a software company.
Age 31: Sold 75% of the software company to a strategic buyer.
Age 31: Sold 66% of the licensing and supplement companies at a $46.2M valuation in an all-cash deal to American Pacific Group.

My point is... We’re all in the middle of writing our own stories.
The worse the monsters, the more epic the story.
You either get an epic outcome or an epic story. Both mean you win.
May your desires be greater than your obstacles.
