paghaluin ang carrots, garlic and onions gamit ang slicer or blender or pwede naman gamit kutsilyo pero matagal at matrabaho.
paghaluhin ang gulay at hinimay na bangus, lagyan ng itlog, olive oil (Optional), salt and pepper depende sa preference mo.
