Instructions:

1. Heat the pan: Add oil and sauté garlic until golden brown and fragrant. Add onions and cook until soft.

2. Add adobo meat: Toss in the shredded chicken or pork adobo. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.

3. Season: Add soy sauce, adobo sauce, pepper, and vinegar (if using). Let it simmer until the sauce reduces slightly.

4. Mix in rice: Add cooked rice and toss well until every grain is coated with adobo flavor. Break up clumps for even mixing.

5. Taste test: Adjust flavor by adding more soy sauce, adobo sauce, or sugar depending on your preference.

6. Serve hot: Top with fried egg (optional), sprinkle green onions and fried garlic bits.
