Laboratory High School held its 9th Graduation Exercises with the theme "Kasubay ng Bayan: Samasamang Hinuhubog ang Kinabukasan," at the Recreational Fitness Center on April 28, 2026, afternoon.

The Graduation Exercises commenced with an academic procession and the entrance of colors led by the ROTC, followed by a Doxology, the singing of the National Anthem, and the Confirmation of Candidates for Completion and Graduation of Batch 2026.

Ma'am Juliet E. Amar, MAT, the Grade 10 adviser, then introduced the keynote speaker of the program, Dr. Ernesto F. Servillon Jr. in which Dr. Generosa C. Condez delivered an uplifting and inspiring message to the graduates and completers on his behalf.

"In a world that constantly changes, knowledge alone is not enough. What will set you apart is your ability to continue learning to adapt, and to grow. And this is where faith becomes a powerful foundation. Faith teaches resilience in times of uncertainty, hope in moments of doubt, and courage in the face of challenges. It grounds you, even as you reach for greater heights," she shared on behalf of Dr. Ernesto F. Servillon Jr.

In addition, a Plaque of Recognition was given to Dr. Generosa C. Condez in behalf of Dr. Ernesto F. Servillon Jr.

Furthermore, an inspirational message was shared by Dr. Proferio S. Bangcaya, the Campus Director.

"Today, we convene not only to commemorate your accomplishments but to acknowledge a journey defined by solidarity, resilience, and collective intent. This year's commencement theme 'Kasubay ng Bayan: Samasamang Hinuhubog ang Kinabukasan,' emphasizes that the future is not constructed in isolationโ€”it is a collaborative forge, with each individual progressing alongside our nation," Dr. Bangcaya stated.

Moreover, Dr. Jelyn O. Alentajan, the OIC University President also shared an inspirational message to the graduates and completers.

"Remember, God will not take you where His grace will not follow youโ€”they will be there. As you step into the next chapter, never outgrow the values that UA taught you. They'll shape you as leaders in your own rights. Keep shining. Keep achieving. Degrees will open doors for you later on, but your integrity and commitment will keep them open," she expressed.

Afterwards was the distribution of Certificates of Completion for JHS Completers and Diploma to the SHS Graduates which is followed by the Pledge of Loyalty officiated by Principal of Laboratory High School, Dr. Charlene R. Amar.

Additionally, an Alumni Pledge followed led by the Alumni President, Ben Francis M. Pe, RN and the Graduate's Prayer headed by Yvonne Zetanie A. Mariano and an acknowledgement from Mrs. Elen Joy A. Valencia, MAEd, the Junior High School Coordinator.

To mark the end of the memorable occasion, the graduates and completers of Laboratory High School Batch 2026 performed their Graduation and Completion Song titled "Bawat Daan" a heartfelt tribute to their journey and future aspirations.

This was followed by the singing of the University of Antique Hymn, uniting everyone in pride and gratitude.
