Hot chili on Crispy Buttered Chicken with garlic

Ingredients:
1/2 kg Chicken
1/2 cup Butter
1 pc White onion
1 pc shallot
5 gloves garlic
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
Mixture for breading
Seasoning
Herbs and spices
Chili
Spring onion

Procedure:
Heat the pan and put some cooking oil.coat the chicken with mixture and deep fry.set aside when cooked..remove oil from the pan and put a butter.stir until melt..sautè garlic, shallot and white onion.then add pepper and salt to taste.put a bit of sugar to balnce the taste.put some herbs and spices.and chili..
Add the crispy fried chicken and mix well.
Put the chopped spring onion and serve.

Tips:
Herbs and spices helps to balnce the taste and add some aroma on your dish.white onion is better if half-cooked..do not overcooked the ingredients.
