And trust me, when the time comes, the people will remember who truly served and who simply played the game. This is far from over. Governance is not a title—it’s a responsibility. A New Dawn for Our Province

This election, I choose change with respect, hope with gratitude, and progress with conviction.

For Congressman, I fully support Francis Cuyop. I recognize and deeply respect what Congressman Chungalao has done—his service will be remembered with honor. But even the strongest warriors must one day rest. His legacy deserves peace, not pressure. It’s time for a new voice, a new energy—Cuyop brings both.

For Governor, my vote remains with Jerry Dalipog. Why? Because when a leader builds something good, we don’t interrupt him—we empower him to continue. His vision is solid, and his actions speak louder than promises.

And for Vice Governor, I proudly stand with Glenn D. Prudenciano—a man of sincerity, grounded leadership, and dedication to real service.

This is not just about choosing names on a ballot. This is about choosing the future we want for our children, our families, and our beloved province.

Engr. Francis B. Cuyop may be new—but let’s get one thing straight: he DESERVES that seat! Experience is important, yes—but integrity, vision, and the courage to serve with fresh eyes are even more vital. For far too long, we've recycled the same old names, expecting different results. It's time we give competence, character, and commitment the spotlight they deserve.

New doesn’t mean incapable. New doesn’t mean unqualified. It means hope, it means change, and it means someone who hasn’t been corrupted by the system.

Narito ang mga dahilan kung bakit nararapat iboto si Engr. Francis B. Cuyop bilang kinatawan ng Ifugao:

✅ May Malawak na Kaalaman at Karanasan sa Inhinyeriya

Si Engr. Cuyop ay nagtapos ng Mining Engineering at Geodetic Engineering sa Saint Louis University. Naging engineer siya sa loob at labas ng bansa—kabilang sa Philex Mining Corporation at sa Mahd Ad Dahab Gold Mine sa Saudi Arabia. Ang kaalamang ito ay malaking tulong sa paggawa ng makabuluhang batas at proyekto sa imprastruktura.

🏗️ Matagumpay na Negosyante at Tagapamahala

Itinatag niya ang 3K Rock Engineering, isang kumpanyang gumagawa ng mga kalsada, tulay, at iba pang imprastruktura. Bilang isang matagumpay na CEO, dalangin niya ang karanasan sa pagdedesisyon at pagpaplano na kailangan ng isang mambabatas.

🤝 May Malasakit sa Komunidad

Binuo niya ang 3K Cares Foundation na nagbibigay ng malinis na tubig at tulong sa mga paaralan at pamayanan sa tulong ng iba’t ibang NGO. Ipinapakita nito ang kanyang puso para sa serbisyo publiko kahit hindi pa siya nahahalal.

🗳️ Bagong Mukha na May Malinis na Hangarin

Hindi siya tradisyonal na pulitiko. Ang kanyang pagtakbo ay bunga ng layuning magdala ng pagbabago gamit ang modernong kaalaman, disiplina, at malasakit.

🎯 Pokus sa Imprastruktura at Pag-unlad ng Ekonomiya

Layunin ni Engr. Cuyop na mapaunlad ang imprastruktura sa Ifugao upang mapalago ang kabuhayan at turismo. Naniniwala siyang ang maayos na daan at serbisyo ay susi sa kaunlaran.

Bilang kandidato ng Partido Federal ng Pilipinas, isinusulong niya ang debolusyon ng kapangyarihan at pagbibigay-lakas sa mga rehiyon—isang hakbang tungo sa tunay na lokal na pag-unlad.
