ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS AND WHAT MAKES THEM SPECIAL:
1. Q: What makes your crochet items different from others I see?
A: Our biggest focus are the details and a polished finish, even on the tiniest pieces. While many crafters/crocheters create beautiful pieces , We pride ourselves on clean, consistent stitches and making sure every small detail is perfectly formed and stands out. They're built to be both beautiful and durable.
2. Q: Are your keychains and small items really sturdy? Will they fall apart easily?
A: Absolutely not! Because of the consistent stitching, our keychains and small decorative items are very durable. They're designed to hold their shape and withstand everyday use. We ensure all components are securely attached so you can enjoy them for a long time.
3. Q: What kind of yarn do you use? Are they safe?
A: We carefully select high-quality yarns that are soft, durable, easy to clean. For most items, we used cotton and acrylic yarns for the stuffs we made which are known for their vibrant colors, washability. All materials are non-toxic.
4. Q: Are your designs unique, or do you follow patterns?
A: Many of my pieces are designed and significantly adapted by me/us to feature unique details and color combinations you won't find elsewhere. For patterns we do use, we make sure to give credits and have permission to sell the finished items, and adding our own touch to make them distinctly from CrochandCrafts🫶🏻.
ORDERING & CUSTOMIZATION:
1. Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Yes, I/we love creating custom pieces! Please send us a message with your idea, and we can discuss possibilities, pricing, and the estimated time it will take. (A 50% down payment is required for all custom orders.)
Q: How long does it take to create an item, especially a custom one?
A: Production time varies depending on the complexity of the item and my current order queue. Small keychains might take 1-2 days depending on the quantity and sizes, while larger or more intricate pieces will take longer. For custom orders, we provide an estimated timeframe upfront.
SHIPPING,MAINTENANCE & RETURNS:
1. Q: How do I care for my crochet item? Can I wash it?
A: We generally recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap for most items, or hand washing gently in cool water for others. Avoid harsh scrubbing or machine washing/drying as it can damage the shape and texture. Lay flat to air dry. (THIS ARE FOR WEARABLES AND BAGS)
2. Q: How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
A: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1-2 day/s for Metro Manila and 3-5 days for outside areas. You'll receive a tracking number from us once your order is on its way and we always update our clients/customer regarding the shipment.
3. Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase! If you have any issues, please contact us after receiving your item. Returns are accepted for unused items in original condition, exchanges may be possible, custom orders are final sale. We send proofs of your purchase before shipping, if it happens that you received your item with issue/s or problem. This may couriers fault, but we’re here to assist you regarding the matter if so ever.
