Jab insan akela hota hai, uska dimagh idhar udhar bhataknay lagta hai. Wo bohat si cheezon ke baare mein sochta hai — jaise problems, bemariyan, purani takleefain ya apni ghaltiyan. Ye khayalat kabhi kabhi itnay zyada ho jaty hain ke insan ko lagta hai sab kuch ek sath uske sath ho raha hai.
Doosri taraf, jab insan doston ya family ke sath hota hai, to agar koi buri cheez bhi ho jaye, to kuch dair ke liye usay bhoolna asaan hota hai. Isi liye log kehtay hain ke agar tum breakup ya kisi emotional dard se guzar rahe ho, to khud ko busy rakho — kaam ya kisi activity mein.
Jab insan kisi kaam ya hobby mein masroof hota hai, to uska dimagh distract ho jata hai. Is se overthinking kam hoti hai aur dheere dheere negative thoughts kam ho jaty hain. Overthinking har problem ko bara aur mushkil bana deti hai.
Misal ke taur par, tum ne dekha hoga ke busy professionals ya business log, chahe unhon ne kitni bhi mushkilat ka samna kiya ho, phir bhi strong aur composed lagtay hain. Kyun? Kyun ke wo meaningful activities mein involve hotay hain jo unka dimagh busy rakhti hain.
Lekin jab insan farigh baithta hai aur dimagh ko bhataknay deta hai, to wo khud ko kamzor mehsoos karta hai. Physical aur emotional dono tor par, farigh rehna choti problems ko bhi bohat bara bana deta hai.
Is sab ka basic lesson ye hai: apne aap ko productive activities mein busy rakho — kaam, hobbies, ya social interactions mein — khas taur par mushkil waqt mein. Dimagh ko busy rakhna tumhari strength, focus aur himmat ko barqarar rakhne ka ek powerful tareeqa hai.
