During the blessed month of Ramadhan, the State of the Barangay Address of Cadapaan, delivered by Hon. MISUARY M. MACAPAAR, presented a comprehensive and transparent report on the barangayโ€™s accomplishments, ongoing initiatives, and future plans. The active participation of barangay officials and constituents reflected a strong sense of unity, shared responsibility, and commitment to good governance. More than a presentation of reports, the assembly served as a meaningful platform for open dialogue, strengthening public trust, fostering cooperation, and empowering the community to actively contribute to its development.

With sincere appreciation, we extended our heartfelt gratitude to all who participated and supported this important activity during this sacred month. The spirit of Ramadhan inspired everyone to continue working together toward a cleaner, more peaceful, orderly, and progressive Barangay Cadapaan, guided by unity, integrity, and a shared vision for sustainable development. โœจ

Our 2nd Semester Barangay Assembly for CY 2025 has successfully wrapped up, marking another milestone for our community here in CADAPAAN, BALINDONG, LANAO DEL SUR.

The activity served as an avenue for residents to receive official updates, raise concerns, and participate in discussions essential to the continued development of the barangay. It reinforced the principle that every stakeholderโ€™s voice is vital in strengthening and advancing our community.

Conducted on October 25 , 2025 at Temporary Barangay Hall, the assembly served as a safe space where voices were heard, concerns were acknowledged, and hopes for a better and more peaceful community were strengthened.

To show appreciation to those who joined, a raffle activity was also conducted, adding excitement to the event and giving participants a chance to bring home sacks of rice as a simple thank you for their presence.

Moving forward, Barangay Cadapaan remains steadfast in upholding integrity, fostering unity, and working collaboratively with the community. Together, we aim to build a barangay that is peaceful, inclusive, progressive, and committed to public service.
