Checking my memories~
a daily habit with me checking how I was
a chance for me to learn from my previous self
a reminder of what I've been
or
who I could be again

14 years ago~
a story is told~

* a younger me, who saw the usefulness of Persuasion
* a me that's passionately excited to share what I've learned with Neuro Linguistic Programming and Hypnosis.
* a 2nd batch of trainees for a retreat style leadership training
* Crafting a program with the attendees growth in mind
* Seeing it through their eyes
* a me that has no certifications yet but geared with the intention to build and empower
* a me who's not the me who i am now, but still a me who i deserved

and getting back to now
* I'm still doing the same thing
maybe with a different level of enthusiasm
but still the same curiosity and excitement to share how we can affect and influence ourselves and others.

Writing this for me
my sanity
my warmth
my craziness
consciously and unconsciously making connections
with people who I may share this journey with~

onwards I go,

I remember one of my favorite posts on my timeline started with
"Who AM I is different from Who I AM"
it has been something I've always thought about,

Sino ba ako?
sino ba ako para sakin?
sino ba ako para sayo?
sino ba ako para sa kanila?

pero.

tanggalin muna natin yung "para"
let's direct our attention inward.

So the idea I have in mind for my talk tomorrow would center on direct questions we can ask ourselves

There are questions that can lead us to a certain awareness
There are questions that can connect us to what we've forgotten
and
There are questions that if given answers, could change the direction of our lives forever~

I will make it very very simple.

GUILTY, sobrang guilty din ako dito for the most of my life
* yung parang buong buhay mo nakafocus ka lang sa well being ng ibang tao
* nakalimutan mo na yung well being ng sarili mo

malapit na yung August and naimbitahan ako magsalita para sa (AKO NAMAN MUNA FESTIVAL Aug 8-11) na nakafocus sa self improvement and mental health. Interesting din sakin yung ibang mga topics nung ibang speakers (18 mentors total) as it centers also with some of the stuff na passionate ako.

What I saw useful was what i'm advocating pa din which is
"SELF TALK" pero with the questions you get to ask yourself
magandang magfocus dito ay dun sa makakatulong na mas makilala mo sarili mo

* Sino ka nga ba talaga?
* Ano nga ba yung tama para sayo?
* alam mo na palang mali, bat tinutuloy mo pa?

Kung isa ka sa mga nakakakita na useful to para sa development mo ng sarili
nasa comment section lang yung link.
o pm mo nalang ako para mabigay ko sayo registration nung event

NLP~

Delivered to my hearts content
there's just this feeling when you just love a topic so much
you can say anything and still connect the dots

as I've watched different programs and trainers deliver the same topic you'd see where it intersects.

I'd probably be repeating myself again and again but I'd still want to empower a person to get past their certain programming.

I was planning to just deliver a Q&A but ended up breaking down one of my old hypnosis videos. Really nice to see myself from years back and see myself now still being passionate about what I'm doing.

Probably I'll do more, probably I'll do less
pero one thing is for sure.
I will still create that impact one person at a time.

This might be the last talk for this quarter muna sa freelance movement tribe. Will be focusing fully on Cryptamad Community, Giving a free mentoring / coaching for overall crypto next week. Dubai this April for some coaching and masterclasses, Davao this May for Persuasion workshop and NLP Simplified workshop.

oh and isabay ko na sa post na to,

Nice skill mastery session yesterday inside the freelance movement tribe community

hmmm,
what's the first thing that comes to mind when papasok ka sa closing / persuasion room?

how i see things as the facilitator
medyo different coming in

I see a number of people na eager to make a change in their lives
yeah alam naman natin four some
challenge pa din yung pag take ng action sa learning
and may mga tao ako na nakikita dun sa loob na week per week andun to improve themselves.

Very happy to hear those stories na na-apply na nila yung mga napaguusapan dun sa loob at yung iba naman na nagkaclient na.

"Breakout" ? "Break free"
"Coffee break" ? "Lunch Break"

Along those lines yung naiisip ko na main theme for my talk later

Context~
Before I do a talk
I check and focus on reading yung mga form answers ng participants
and get to understand and find a center point

Where they all intersect.

For the past days I have coached roughly 11 people
and it all does still connect with this theme.

"I'm Lost..."
"I'm stuck..."
"I can't push forward"
"I'm not motivated enough"
"where do I start?"

"how can I close a client"
"do i really need to go through all that?"
"I'm too content"
"Is there a way to get out of my comfort zone?"

"I'm too overwhelmed with my tasks"
"everything is repeating. it's too repetitive" (oo nga oo nga)oo nga naman

We all know that feeling
yung parang may gusto ka gawin, pero kahit alam mo naman yung dapat
parang hindi pa din ma push through
tapos mapapaisip ka nalang "bat ganun?"

Main thing na nasa utak ko as i'm dumping these thoughts to words here
is.
Patterns.
Have you been aware of the patterns that control you?
what would happen if you saw a different approach that fits?
If there was something to disrupt the pattern would it change?
history does repeat itself most of the time~

I have some things I want to deliver later
some things that I can't do through zoom sessions
"Strengthening Self Belief"

* Building more Confidence
* Inner Peace / yeah f**k your inner wars!
* Improving Communication
* Understanding your Self Talk~
* Awareness through questions
* and being the one in control~
