โLife insurance? Hindi ko pa kaya. Next time na lang โyan.โ
I get it.
Bills. Tuition. Pang-araw-araw.
Life is already expensive.
But let me say this, gently but truthfully:
๐ Insurance isnโt a luxury for the rich. Itโs a necessity for those theyโd leave behind.
I remember one story of my colleague's early clientsโa tricycle driver in Pangasinan.
Three kids. One wife. Zero savings.
But he had this quiet conviction.
He said, โWala akong yaman na maiiwan, pero kahit papano, gusto kong may kapalit ang pagmamahal ko.โ
He got a small planโbare minimumโbut he was proud.
Five years later, he passed away in an accident.
And when we visited his family to deliver the check, his wife hugged me through tears and said,
โHindi man siya nakapagpatayo ng bahay, pero sa planong โyan, nakapagpatuloy sa pag-aaral ang mga anak namin.โ
๐ Thatโs when I realized:
Itโs not about how much you have.
Itโs about how much you care.
The idea that insurance is a luxury is a dangerous lie.
Because if you think it's expensive nowโimagine the cost of having nothing when itโs needed the most.
So if you love your familyโฆ
Donโt wait until youโre โrich enough.โ
Start with what you can.
Because protection is built, not bought in one go.
