An ordinary citizen who advocates on returning Philippine history as a stand-alone subject to the high school curriculum. RideHistory PH promotes and advocates Philippine History. It tries to help return Philippine History as a stand-alone subject on Philippine high school education. The admin struggles to do research on specific topics by either making a video blog or making an article or taking

a photo of historical value. He also makes correspondents to history researchers and historians. He does these all for free and does not intend to make books and sell them for profit or fame. He believes that historical information should be free to access for people who want to know or learn. RideHistory PH does not claim to be a historian of collegiate degree. Today is the 126th Anniversary of first unfurling of the Philippine flag. So I went to Samonte Park at Cavite City to join the commemoration. To my surprise, there were no people. I was lately informed that the said occasion was cancelled due to "inclement" weather. I was there the whole afternoon and the weather was fine. So I just took pictures of some markers as a memory. I also took a selfie with the replica of Teatro Caviteño.

Our Story

When I was a little boy, I wondered how my country started. Schools back then have subjects about history. Line upon line I started to learn the beginnings of my people. It fascinated me so much that even as an adult I still search for answers about our past. My inspiration is my daughter. I want her to grow up knowing the history of our ancestors. And by so doing will have a better future ahead.
