The Department of Energy (DOE) is making it more convenient for Filipinos to switch to electric vehicles (EVs)!

New policies are being rolled out to bolster building of more charging stations and simplify the process for businesses to offer EV services. These changes will create a stronger foundation for widespread EV use across the country. This aligns with President Ferdinand R. Savet, he explained that the company is planning to build a new SCC that would complement the existing supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system and the advanced distribution management system (ADMS). These systems provide real-time monitoring and control over the entire distribution network.
