Mga Ka-SatLite, para sa patuloy na masayang panonood, may panibagong software upgrade para sa inyong SatLite Box!

Panatiliin lamang na naka-plug/stand-by mode ang inyong box para sa automatic na pagpasok ng software upgrade.
Para sa DIY Update, pumunta www.satlitetv.com/faq, at i-click ang SatLite Box Upgrade. I-check ang version ng inyong SatLite box, at sundan ang mga steps.

CIGNAL ADVISORY:

We're upgrading to serve you better on Friday, MARCH 29 (8AM to 8PM)

For Postpaid Subscribers, access to the Account Portal, new account activation and reconnection, and viewing for linked HBO Go and Hayu Accounts will not be available.

For Prepaid Subscribers, loading, load inquiry, and new account activation will not be available.

For Cignal Play Subscribers, account linking, viewing for linked accounts, and loading via E-Pins will not be available.

Plus no viewing of Pinoy Xtreme, Moonbug, and AllTV

To avoid disruption on TV viewing, PURCHASE YOUR FAVORITE CIGNAL LOAD AHEAD OF TIME. Also plan your requests accordingly.

Subscribers with active load will continue to enjoy TV viewing during this time.

You may now proceed with loading your Prepaid account and enjoy all channels. Thank you for your patience.

If you still have no viewing, perform a hard reset by unplugging the box from the power outlet for 10 seconds, then plug it back in.

Mapapanood na ang mga channel sa SatLite. Maaari na ulit mag-load ng inyong SatLite account para ma-enjoy ang mga channel. Maraming salamat inyong pag-unawa.

Kung nagkaka-problema sa viewing, maaaring subukang I-restart ang box. Upang mag hard reset, paki-unplug ang box mula sa power outlet ng sampung segundo at i-plug muli.
