Who knew 100 pesos and a free Canva could be worth half a million?
It didn’t start with a big loan or a team.
It started on a rainy night… with nothing but a laptop, an old lamp, and zero distractions.
Most people think you need capital, connections, or luck to start a business.
But sometimes, what you really need… is boredom, discomfort, and a little desperation.
Back in July 2023, I was on a 3-month dopamine detox.
No games. No social media. No alcohol. No shortcuts to pleasure.
Just me, my thoughts, and one important question:
“What can I offer that’s worth paying for?”
I remembered my training from NAS Daily.
I knew how to make videos.
But I saw a gap—most tutorials were in English.
Too complex, too foreign.
So I created the Filipino version.
Simplified. Relatable. Real.
I had no gear.
I used my laptop cam, a brownout lamp, and free Canva to build the slides.
I uploaded the course to Google Drive.
Then ran a ₱100 ad, optimized for messages from 7PM to 10PM.
No team. No automation.
Just manual replies… until I got my ₱100 back.
Here’s how I scaled it:
Start with a problem people actually face.
Use free tools. Canva. Google Drive. Facebook Messenger.
Use ₱100 to test your offer.
Sell value before fancy visuals.
Reinvest every peso. From ₱100 → ₱300 → ₱1,000 → ₱20,000.
Be consistent, not perfect.
Now, Luceed is worth over ₱500,000.
And it can make up to ₱1M a year.
If you’ve been stuck planning, doubting, or overthinking…
Start with what you have.
Because waiting for perfect is the fastest way to go nowhere.
You don’t need a studio, a team, or a loan.
You need a reason.
And a little courage to click “post.”
Let’s build something—with ₱100 and a dream.
