Job Posting: Driver / FTTH (lineman) Technician
Cloudnet Cable and Telecom Inc.

Location: Silang, Cavite
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
The Driver / FTTH (lineman) Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic networks. This includes setting up and troubleshooting FTTH connections, performing site surveys, and ensuring the quality and reliability of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain FTTH networks, including fiber optic cables, ONTs, and other related equipment.
• Conduct site surveys to determine the best installation methods and routes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FTTH installations and connectivity.
• Test and measure fiber optic cables to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and site visits.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in FTTH installations and maintenance is preferred, but candidates without experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Technical Course: Completion of a technical course related to telecommunications, networking, or a similar field is preferred.
• Driver's License: A valid driver's license is an advantage.
• Familiarity with fiber optic splicing, testing equipment, and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

Other Requirements:
• Valid Drivers License.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and climb ladders.
• Willingness to travel to various installation sites within the service area.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
