Gawin mo para maalis ang onhold

1. Check mo GCash App: Open GCash > Profile > Check kung Fully Verified ka. Kung hindi pa, verify mo.

2. Check Email / SMS mo: May email si GCash na may ticket number at hinihingi na docs. Usually ID + selfie.

3. Mag-submit ng Ticket - Ito pinaka mabilis:

   - Punta ka sa GCash App > Help > Chat with Gigi > Type "on hold funds"
