Being both the videographer and the editor is tough.

You’re shooting all day, editing all night, and trying to squeeze in time for family and social life in between.

Here are a few tips if you’re doing everything alone:

1. Batch your shoots.**
Schedule multiple projects in one timeframe so you’re not constantly switching modes.

2. Create an editing system.
Use templates, presets, and organized file structures to save hours every week.

3. Set editing deadlines for yourself.
Avoid endless revisions by having a structured workflow.

4. Stop trying to do everything alone.
Your time is more valuable than you think.
If you want to focus more on shooting, client relationships, and growing your brand
Let Oakmont Creative Hub handle the editing.
