Thank you so much Sir Neil for being so understanding and professional, no questions raised when it comes to our policy from the very start of our transaction up to the return of the unit. 💗

It’s heartwarming when our renter really treats our unit as their own. Kahit bayad na yung carwash fee, he still took the initiative na ipatanggal pa rin ang putik, such a thoughtful gesture. He even updated us for any changes in his plans, which we truly appreciate. 🤗

Just wanted to share what happened today with our renter and so blessed to have Sir Patrick as our renter for a day.

Supposedly, his return would be tomorrow at 7:30 AM but things happened as usual for business owners na “not everything is so perfect” and this experience served us to be more cautious and not to be too overwhelmed with unending bookings.

So ang scenario was may renter pala kami ng 10PM for the same day but Sir Patrick was so understanding and considerate in this kind of situation and returned the unit before 9 PM and we’re able to clean the car and delivered to our next renter on time.

Again, really appreciated the kind gestures and God bless sir! 😇🤗🥰

PS: Prayers really do work and we are thankful that God is continuously blessing us with good and nice clients.
