AN OPEN MESSAGE TO UNFAIR EMPLOYERS 🇵🇭

After the ₱50 salary increase that took effect last July 18, some employers have started taking advantage of our Filipino workers.

Instead of maintaining the regular 6-day work week, they reduced it to 5 days — yet the workload remains the same. Workers are now forced to double their effort, finishing in 5 days what was meant for 6.

They justify it with so-called “cost cutting” and “slow sales,” but the truth is, it’s a deceptive way to avoid giving workers the fair benefits they deserve.

Our Filipino workers are not machines. They deserve fair pay, humane treatment, and honesty — not manipulation and exploitation.

Stop using fake “cost cutting” as an excuse to take advantage of the very people who keep your business running.
