In the midst of life’s busyness and struggles, we are reminded in Psalm 46:10, "Be still, and know that I am God." This verse is a call to pause, to quiet our minds, and to recognize God's sovereignty and presence in every moment.

Often, we are tempted to rely on our own understanding, striving for control in situations that feel uncertain. But God invites us to stop, to surrender, and to trust Him fully. Being still doesn’t mean inactivity; it means resting in the assurance that God is working even when we cannot see it.

Today, take a moment to step away from distractions and reflect on God’s faithfulness. Allow Him to calm your heart and fill you with His peace. Trust that He is in control of every circumstance, and let that knowledge bring you comfort and strength.

“Lord, teach me to be still and trust in Your plans. Help me to rest in Your presence and to remember that You are always in control. Amen.”

When we rely on our strength, we may stumble and grow weary. But when we lean on God's unending power, we find renewal. No matter what you face today, take comfort in knowing that God’s strength is available to you. Trust in Him, and He will help you rise above every trial.

If you asked God to bring you closer to Him, and then you notice certain people becoming distant. Don't get upset, God might be removing distractions. 🙂
