The innovation garnered attention from multiple LGUs and private agencies looking for reliable and localized tools for early warning systems and disaster preparedness. Its potential to transform community-based resilience and weather monitoring drew strong interest for future deployment across various provinces.

From July 11 to July 24 (2:30 AM), a cumulative total of ๐Ÿ,๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ—.๐Ÿ’๐ŸŽ๐ฆ๐ฆ of rainfall has been observed across midstream to upstream regions of the watershed, directly impacting the municipalities of ๐•๐ข๐œ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐š, ๐๐š๐ฎ๐ฃ๐š๐ง, ๐๐š๐œ๐จ, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐‚๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ฉ๐š๐ง.

With soil saturation now at maximum levels, any additional rainfall is expected to produce excess surface runoff, leading to rapid accumulation in low-lying areas and increased flooding risk in vulnerable communities. Floodwaters may enter natural drainage channels and overflow into major rivers.

This work is part of the broader efforts under Project MOSES, implemented by Mindoro State University, and supported under the second phase of Project GENESIS.
