I’m learning to sit with the silence,
to feel without fixing,
to cry without apology.

This isn’t a “new chapter.”
It’s a slow, quiet return to myself.

Grief changed me.
But this time I choose healing.

Rebuilding slowly, painfully, but intentionally.

It’s long overdue.

There’s something about the open water, the wind in your hair, and the warmth of the sun that reminds you life is not meant to be controlled, only surrendered.

You don’t have to have everything figured out. You don’t have to see the whole path ahead. God already knows the way. Sometimes, all you need to do is let go, breathe, and trust in Jesus.

There’s a version of me that the world only sees in glimpses. I keep it hidden because I’ve learned that being seen invites both love and envy.

I have this habit of downplaying my achievements, avoiding attention, and staying unnoticed. The thought of people observing my changes,what’s new, what’s different feels overwhelming. Being seen makes me uncomfortable, as if visibility comes with consequences. So I stay in the background, minimizing myself, not because I lack confidence, but because too much attention feels unsettling.
