On October 24, 2024, at 1:00 PM, various student organizations from Catanduanes State University convened to address the onslaught brought by the Tropical Storm in Catanduanes Island.
During the meeting, several key areas were addressed to ensure a unified and effective response to Tropical Storm 's impact. These included the harmonization of relief efforts to avoid fragmentation and duplication, assignment of committees to define roles and responsibilities, scheduling of relief response for timely interventions, a climate justice call to advocate for sustainable solutions, and discussion of other pertinent matters to ensure a comprehensive approach.
The meeting aimed to ensure swift, efficient, and productive action towards providing relief and promoting climate justice.
