WHO did Christ commission to doctrinally lay that foundation for the Church, the Body of Christ in this present dispensation?

Paul said he was the ‘wise masterbuilder’ (1 Corinthians 3:10).
Paul said the mystery was committed to him (Ephesians 3:1-9).
Paul said we are to follow him as he follows Christ (1 Corinthians 11:1).
Rejecting Paul’s distinct apostleship is exactly why Christianity stays confused, divided, and constantly mixing prophecy with mystery, Israel with the Body, and law with grace.
Christ is the foundation.
Paul is the God-appointed masterbuilder for this dispensation.
Rightly divide it.”
