On March 22, 2025, Held at Cawit, Zamboanga City, the 3rd ZAMCIDAAS Fellowship took place, bringing together churches from District 3, the Metro District, and District 1 for a spirit-filled Sabbath of worship and praise. Hosted by the Zamciweca district (District 3), the event became a powerful testament to the unity and faith of the Adventist community in Zamboanga City.

The fellowship was blessed with an inspiring message delivered by Pastor Klenjay Sajulga, whose sermon encouraged the congregation to deepen their faith and commitment to God’s work. Adding to the spiritual fervor of the event, visiting pastors such as Pastor Samuel Labag and Pastor Sonny Hernando graced the occasion, sharing words of encouragement and strengthening the faith of those in attendance.

The gathering was not merely an event but a divine appointment, where believers lifted their voices in praise and worship to the Almighty. Hymns of adoration echoed throughout the venue as brethren came together, their hearts united in thanksgiving for God’s abundant blessings.

As the ZAMCIDAAS Fellowship continues to grow, this year’s event reaffirmed the significance of collective worship and the power of coming together as one body in Christ. The day was a reminder that, no matter the district or congregation, all are called to glorify the Lord in unity.

To God be the glory, for He has truly blessed this gathering with His presence. May the spirit of fellowship continue to inspire and strengthen His people for His greater purpose!

In line with this year’s Global Youth Day (GYD) 2025 theme, “ACT: A Community Transformed,” the Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) Youth of Zamciweca District 3 took action by reaching out to the Badjao Community in Barangay Maasin on March 15, 2025.

The youth-led initiative aimed to extend compassion and support to those in need, particularly children and families in the community. Through the generosity of various donors and sponsors, the group was able to distribute school supplies for young learners and essential goods to more than 50 families.

More than just providing material assistance, the outreach program served as a way to live out the Gospel through action. By embodying the spirit of selfless service, the youth demonstrated that true transformation begins when individuals step up to make a difference in the lives of others.

As the event concluded, the group reflected on the true source of all blessings—the Lord Himself. With hearts full of gratitude, it was recognized that every good work is made possible through His guidance, provision, and grace. May this simple act of kindness serve as a testament to God’s love, inspiring others to act and be a part of a community transformed.

On November 23, 2024, the Daniel & Revelation Seminar at Talisayan Home Church, Zamboanga City, reached a glorious conclusion as several precious souls were baptized into the family of Christ. After two weeks of deep study and reflection on the powerful messages of prophecy and hope, the seminar proved to be a transformative experience for all who attended.

Led by Mrs. Veronica C. Adecer, the head of Literature Evangelism in District 3, Zamboanga City, the seminar explored the prophetic truths of the books of Daniel and Revelation. Her insightful teachings provided participants with a deeper understanding of God’s Word and His plan for humanity. Through her dedication and passion, Mrs. Adecer created a space for meaningful conversations, spiritual growth, and personal transformation, which were evident in the lives of those who participated.

The highlight of the seminar came during the baptismal service, where Pastor Jose F. Nacis, the District Pastor of District 3 Zamboanga City, led the candidates in a solemn and joyous moment of commitment. The act of baptism marked not just the beginning of their new lives in Christ, but also a testament to the power of God’s grace and the unwavering faith of those who chose to follow Him.

In a beautiful display of unity, brethren from the Metro District also joined the baptismal service, with some of them receiving the blessing of baptism as well. It was a heartwarming sight to see the Church come together, united in purpose, to witness and celebrate this significant step in the faith of their brothers and sisters.

This seminar and baptismal service were not just events—they were milestones in the lives of those who made a public declaration of their faith. The work done through Mrs. Adecer’s teachings and Pastor Nacis’ guidance will undoubtedly have a lasting impact on each individual, as they continue to grow in their relationship with Christ.

We give all praise and glory to the Lord for making this seminar and baptism possible. It is by His grace and guidance that hearts were touched, lives were changed, and souls were brought to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. As we move forward, let us continue to trust in His leading and uphold our new brothers and sisters in prayer, knowing that it is His strength and love that will sustain them as they begin this new chapter in their faith journey. To God be the glory, now and always.
