I want to run to you,
Hug you tight enough to make you feel the missing piece of my heart,
But there's no one to run to.
I almost forgot the betrayal, the pain you caused when you walked away.
I almost forgot.
Every time I saw you, my instinct was to run to you and let myself melt in your arms.
But before I took a first step, it sank in.
My heart felt that sudden shock, again.
Because of love, of pain, and ache.
I still love you, and it's too much to bear all the emotions I feel for you.
I want to run to you, and I want to run far from you.
I want to run and forget, but I want to keep those moments where you were my healer, my rest, my home, my love and friend who love me so deep.
When I were the one you love to keep.
I want to run to you, but there is no one to run to, anymore...
