Unscheduled Power Interruption

The Zamboanga City Electric Cooperative (ZAMCELCO) informs the public of an unscheduled power interruption caused by an issue on the NGCP 138kV transmission line, which is currently affecting our 69kV Line 1 and Line 2.

This situation has resulted in a city-wide power outage impacting all feeders and service areas.

Please be advised that our Main Office is also affected by the power interruption. As a result, online transactions, billing services, and customer service operations are currently offline. Services will resume as soon as power is restored.

Our technical teams are closely coordinating with NGCP as they work to resolve the issue at the soonest possible time. Power restoration will be carried out immediately once the transmission line becomes stable and energized.

We sincerely ask for your understanding as this interruption is beyond our control. Please stay tuned for further updates and advisories.
