طوفان سے بچاؤ کے لیے احتیاطی تدابیر درج ذیل ہیں:

# # # **1. طوفان سے پہلے:**
- **معلومات حاصل کریں:** موسمیاتی اداروں (جیسے PMD، NDMA) کی پیشگوئیاں اور انتباہات پر نظر رکھیں۔
- **منصوبہ بندی کریں:** گھر والوں کے ساتھ ہنگامی منصوبہ (Evacuation Plan) طے کریں اور ضروری سامان (First Aid Kit, پانی، خوراک) تیار رکھیں۔
- **گھر کو محفوظ بنائیں:**
- کمزور چھتوں، دروازوں اور کھڑکیوں کو مضبوط کریں۔
- ضروری اشیا (بجلی، گیس) کے والز بند کرنے کا طریقہ سیکھیں۔
- درختوں یا کمزور عمارتوں سے دور رہیں۔

# # # **2. طوفان کے دوران:**
- **محفوظ جگہ پر رہیں:**
- گھر کے سب سے مضبوط کمرے (جیسے بیسمینٹ یا اندرونی کمرہ) میں پناہ لیں۔
- کھڑکیوں اور شیشوں سے دور رہیں۔
- **بجلی کے آلات بند کریں:** طوفان کے دوران بجلی کے جھٹکے سے بچنے کے لیے الیکٹرونکس کو ان پلگ کریں۔
- **گاڑی میں نہ رہیں:** اگر طوفان زوروں پر ہو تو گاڑی میں بیٹھنے کے بجائے کسی عمارت میں پناہ لیں۔

# # # **3. طوفان کے بعد:**
- **خبر گیری کریں:** ریڈیو یا موبائل ایپس کے ذریعے تازہ معلومات حاصل کریں۔
- **گھر کا جائزہ لیں:** کسی بھی نقصان (بجلی کے تاروں کے گرنے، گیس لیک) کی صورت میں فوری مدد طلب کریں۔
- **پانی اور خوراک:** آلودہ پانی پینے سے گریز کریں اور صاف پانی استعمال کریں۔

# # # **ضروری سامان (Emergency Kit):**
- پانی (3 دن کے لیے)، غیر فاسد خوراک، فرسٹ ایڈ کٹ۔
- ٹارچ، اضافی بیٹریاں، موبائل چارجر (پاور بینک سمیت)۔
- ضروری ادویات اور دستاویزات (شناختی کارڈ، بیمہ پالیسی)۔

طوفان ایک خطرناک قدرتی آفت ہے، لیکن احتیاطی تدابیر اپنا کر جانی و مالی نقصان کو کم کیا جا سکتا ہے۔ ہمیشہ حکومتی اداروں کی ہدایات پر عمل کریں۔
