We are seeking a motivated and results-driven ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ฌ ๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ญ to join our growing truck dispatching team. As a key part of our sales division, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and driving sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the logistics and trucking industry, and the ability to close deals with decision-makers.

๐. ๐๐ง๐ค๐จ๐ฅ๐๐๐ฉ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ง๐๐ฉ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐จ: Identify and approach potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
๐. ๐ฝ๐ช๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐๐๐ฃ ๐๐๐ก๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐จ๐๐๐ฅ๐จ: Develop lasting relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored dispatching solutions.
๐. ๐พ๐ก๐ค๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ก๐๐จ: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring monthly sales targets are met or exceeded.
๐. ๐๐ฉ๐๐ฎ ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ ๐ค๐ฃ ๐๐ฃ๐๐ช๐จ๐ฉ๐ง๐ฎ ๐๐ง๐๐ฃ๐๐จ: Keep up-to-date with changes in the trucking and logistics industries, including regulations, market demands, and competitor services.
๐. ๐พ๐ค๐ก๐ก๐๐๐ค๐ง๐๐ฉ๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ฉ๐ ๐ฟ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ข: Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure client satisfaction and a seamless handoff post-sale.
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
๐. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the trucking, logistics, or dispatching industry.
๐. Strong understanding of the US trucking market, including industry challenges and dispatching solutions.
๐. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
๐. Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects and sales opportunities at once.
๐. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to meet sales goals.
