We are seeking a motivated and results-driven 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 to join our growing truck dispatching team. As a key part of our sales division, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and driving sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the logistics and trucking industry, and the ability to close deals with decision-makers.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
𝟏. 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙨: Identify and approach potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
𝟐. 𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙈𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙍𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥𝙨: Develop lasting relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored dispatching solutions.
𝟑. 𝘾𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙨: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring monthly sales targets are met or exceeded.
𝟒. 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙮 𝙐𝙥𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙣 𝙄𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙮 𝙏𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙨: Keep up-to-date with changes in the trucking and logistics industries, including regulations, market demands, and competitor services.
𝟓. 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙘𝙝 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢: Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure client satisfaction and a seamless handoff post-sale.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
𝟏. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the trucking, logistics, or dispatching industry.
𝟐. Strong understanding of the US trucking market, including industry challenges and dispatching solutions.
𝟑. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
𝟒. Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects and sales opportunities at once.
𝟓. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to meet sales goals.
