The country that prides itself on having a world-class defense system, elite intelligence agencies, and a top-ranked military is opening fire on its own citizens. The same authorities claim the shots were fired from Afghanistan, or dismiss them as accidental. How long will this continue? If these threats truly originate from across the border, why is our defense system unable to stop them?
For the sake of humanity, show compassion toward the people of your own country. Today in Bajaur, gunfire claimed the lives of four children and left many others injured. We appeal to you: grant your people peace and security. These actions are destroying the nation. At this rate, the country risks being fractured beyond repair.
