(یَا سَلَامُ، یَا مُؤْمِنُ، یَا نُورُ)
(پھر دل پر ہاتھ رکھ کر تین بار “اللّٰہ” کہیں)
📿 یہ عمل دل کے بوجھ، خوف، یا خوابوں کے اثر سے حفاظت دیتا ہے۔
