Delicious recipe of daal chana
دال چنا کو پانی میں ڈال کر اُبال لیں یہاں تک کہ وہ نرم ہو جائے لیکن دانہ ٹوٹے نہیں۔
2. ایک دیگچی میں تیل گرم کریں، پیاز ڈال کر ہلکا براؤن کر لیں۔
3. اب اس میں ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ اور ٹماٹر ڈال کر اچھی طرح بھونیں جب تک مصالحہ تیار نہ ہو جائے۔
4. اب ہلدی، لال مرچ، دھنیا پاؤڈر اور نمک ڈال کر بھونائی کریں۔
5. اُبلی ہوئی دال اس مصالحے میں ڈالیں اور اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔
6. حسب ضرورت پانی ڈال کر 5-7 منٹ ہلکی آنچ پر دم پر رکھ دیں۔
7. آخر میں ہری مرچ، گرم مصالحہ اور ہرا دھنیا ڈال کر ڈش نکال لیں۔

دال کو اچھی طرح دھو کر آدھے گھنٹے کے لئے بھگو دیں۔
2. ایک پتیلے میں پانی ڈال کر دال کو گلنے کے لئے رکھ دیں (زیادہ نہ گلائیں، صرف دانہ نرم ہو جائے)۔
3. ایک کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کریں، پیاز ڈال کر ہلکا براؤن کر لیں۔
4. اب اس میں ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ اور ٹماٹر ڈال کر بھونیں جب تک ٹماٹر گل کر مصالحہ تیار نہ ہو جائے۔
5. اب اس میں ہلدی، لال مرچ، دھنیا پاؤڈر اور نمک ڈال کر اچھی طرح بھون لیں۔
6. دال کو چھان کر مصالحے میں شامل کریں اور ہلکے ہاتھ سے مکس کریں تاکہ دانہ ٹوٹے نہیں۔
7. ہری مرچ اور تھوڑا سا گرم مصالحہ ڈال کر دم پر رکھ دیں
8. آخر میں ہرا دھنیا ڈال کر گرم گرم نان یا چپاتی کے ساتھ سرو کریں

Heat a non-stick frying pan on low to medium flame.
2. Add oil or butter and let it heat up slightly.
3. Crack the egg gently into the pan without breaking the yolk.
4. Let it cook slowly until the egg white sets but the yolk remains soft and runny.
5. Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper on top.
6. Serve hot with bread, paratha, or toast.
